Hot rolled steel coils are a roll steel which have black and grey colors. Because it is rolled steel, it is convenient for storage and moving. In the produce process, the Hot rolled steel coils are produced by using the flat bar-shaped steels through a hot rolling process, then reducing the size at approximately 1,100-1,250 degrees celsius, and bringing them through cooling water to cool the steels. Finally, the steels will be entered into the winding machine.
Hot rolled steel coils can be used to produce other forms of steel product such as Cold rolled steel coils which are produced by bringing Hot rolled steel coils to the cold rolling process or by milling and coating with oil to produce Hot rolled steel coils which have a white and grey matte skin. Moreover, the steel can be transformed into other steels such as Carbon Steel Round Pipe, and Square Pipe.
